iPhone 4 OS4.3.1 No Content After iTunes Purchase through phone

I was using the iTunes app on the phone and purchased a song, after the song downloaded completely it disappear. I press the iPod app icon and the message displayed was No Content. have tried reseting, and nothing. once I connected it to iTunes on the PC everything was restored accordingly, BUT how to fix when you are on the go and dont have your PC????
