Iphone 4 loosing internet connection when wifi present

Reply Topic my phone keeps dropping my internet connection even when i have full wifi strength, it has only been doing this since i upgraded to 4.3.1. Its not my router or modem or provider as I have the same problem at work on another wireless link. the only way to bring it back on is to reboot and even after doing this it will disconnect again. Whats going on Apple??
