iPhone 4 Keyboard and home button issues

So Ive had my iPhone 4 since September. Ive restored it before and ive always had the same problems. So the keyboard, its weird. Im texting or simply just typing and all of a sudden i attempt to space out but instead it types in any word close to it. Or if I type in J or any other letter it would type in any letter like Y thats nowhere close to where Im tapping. I lock my phone or give it time and then I try to type again but its the same result. For example, I try to type in Hello instead Ill get some gibberish like Fqjju this issue pops up at the most random moments. I searched around and havent found anyone with the same issue.
Home button: so usually when Im on an app the home button takes time to register, thats normal. But today, when I try to unlock my phone, go to the first page or search page when Im on another page, when I take a snap shot instead it doesnt register the home button so it locks, at times I have to click hard for it to register. Idk, my phones been weird since it came out of the box. And its obviously under the one year warranty. Anything I should know? Please and thank you, much appreciated(:
