iPhone 4 ios 4.3 update causing photos to dissapear

Anybody else have this problem with the new update. All of my contact photos is no longer uploaded to my iPhone 4. My wallpapers that were downloaded from the app store are also gone and cannot be loaded back to iPhone. Is there a new format requirement now? I used to be able load all my photos prior to the 4.3 update.
