iPhone 4 Cant connect to App Store iTunes and Safari while in 3G

Is anyone having a problem with the 3G connection? It started today on my phone. When trying to connect to the App store and iTunes, it gives me Loading and never actually loads. Safari sometimes either works or it doesnt. Everything seems to work when in WIFI, only then it takes forever to load an app from the store. BTW - I havent updated to OS 4.2, I am still on 4.1. People write with the 4.2 update it gets worse. Please help!!! I dont always have Wifi connection available, but my 3G data is unlimited and prefer to use it.
