Iphone 4 application payment question

I have an Iphone 4 and in order to download any applications from the application store, you have to have an apple account. I have one, but its asking for credit card information which I have also, but if I imput that will my monthly bill for the phone itself start being charged to that card because the card that I plan to pay for applications is not the same card that is on file for bill payment. My parents pay for bill payment, but I have to pay for applications so I need to make sure that that they stay separate.

Your phone bill does NOT come from Apple at all. It comes from your carrier ( AT&T Verizon, etc).
Putting a cc in itunes has NOTHING to do with your phone bill at all.
