iphone 4 NO SERVICE

had iphone for around 4 weeks now and since yesterday ive had (no service) whats causing this??
IVE RESET NETWORK SETTINGS.....CHANGED SIM.....AND RESET AS NORMAL THROGUH THE PHONE..and still get the same thing

Tap Settings>General>Reset>Reset all network settings then turn off your iPhone then back on. As long as youre in a network coverage area (check with your carrier) and are not suspended for non-payment from your carrier then your iPhone should be picking up signal from the local tower. You may also want to check with your carrier to find out if there was any interruptions in service in the area.

yep billed is paid up an tryed restoring it numerous times now aswell and am on vodaphone

May be worth you contacting Vodafone and checking if you have a problem with your sim card??
