iPhone 3GS-Safari quits

Anyone else having this type of problem? While using Safari, it literally stops and I cannot access another website. It says done in the bottom part of the screen - and I cannot press another button to access a page. The only way I can fix this is to restart the phone…
any suggestions?

Clear Safari Cache and History
Try resetting your iPhone by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you wont lose any data or settings.
