iPhone 3G s LCD Messed Up After Cleaning Up

I Opened Up the iPhone carefully with the screwdriver till i got those three ribbons or lock type thingy`s! I removed them really carefully and opened up the digitizer or touch panel aswell..Cleaned the Lcd And Digitizer with the Apple Provided Cloth.. Voila! As I Re-Assembled the parts and finalized them, I turned it on and got a big solid white screen with multi-coloured, random horizontal and vertical lines moving on my screen.. I Opened it up once again to check if any cable or ribbon was not properly fixed but they were perfectly fixed and locked! Then Why did this **** thing appeared again!! My iPhone is a mess Please Please Help There is no Apple Store here
