Just upgraded to Iphone 4. Service is horrible, 3 bars rather than 5 like my original Iphone 3,plus many dropped calls. I had the Sim card replaced without improvement. Do I have a lemon or is this the way the new Iphone 4s are?

Assuming you still live and work in the same areas, and you have some kind of case on the phone, you have a lemon.
If you were using iOS 3.x you really cant compare the number of bars between the two models.
