iOS 4.3 iPod Issue on iPhone 4

I upgraded to 4.3 yesterday and today when playing songs on the iPod the volume fades, very similar as it does when an incoming call interrupts your music playback, then the playback pauses. If I hit play this repeats and happens about every 20-30 seconds. I have tried this multiple songs both old and newly downloaded. Has anyone else seen this issue?

I have the same problem, except my songs play for about 5 minutes or so. Thought it was the Auto-Lock setting, but didnt seem to matter. Still looking for a solution.

Basics from the manual are restart, reset, restore.
Have you tried each of these?
powerbook g4, iMac 20 Mac OS X (10.6.4) Time Capsule, iphone 3gs, iphone 4, ipod, ipod touch

Bluetooth audio pairing iPhone

iphone 3g dont detected with itunes in pc or mac bat charging
