iOS 4.3 Animation Lag Video Proof iPhone 4

This is the iOS 4.2.1 lag

Apparently, I thought that the iOS update would fix this issue. It appears that not only is it not helping, the lag has worsened. Ive tried every means of troubleshooting, resetting the settings, network settings, hard reset and both restore to factory condition and restore from backup. All these apparent solutions doesnt seem to work. Now Im really concerned about this matter, whether is it a software problem or a hardware problem. I have a video of this lag. Due to the lousy video camera that I have, it is very hard to spot the lag, so watch the video carefully. These parts of the video is where the lag is the most prominent 0:50-0:52 ; 1:16-1:18 ; 1:20-1:22 ; 2:25-2:26
You can see that there is that jerky animation which is really getting on my nerves and I started questioning whether did I made the right choice in purchasing the iPhone 4. Forgive me for this childish rant but my iPhone isnt proving its worth to me!
