Internet Tethering missing on iPhone4 OS 4.2.1

I was able to use the internet tethering feature before the OS update under Settings>General>Network>Cellular Data>Data Roaming and Internet Tethering. But after the update to 4.2.1, only Data Roaming is showing. Please advice on how to re-activate or find Internet Tethering feature.
