In search of software for iPhone

When you visit any Apple Store, employees use iPhones on the showroom floor to complete transactions. Is the software used something that can be bought? I have a client who would like to use the iPhone in his business to complete a credit transaction. He sells wine, delivering it to homes and places of business. Thanks

I dont know if its the same software... but there are several apps in the appstore that will allow retailers to accept credit card payments!

No. The software on the iphones the employees use is propriatary.
The are apps in the app store that will do what you want, search using Credit Cards
