You might need to provide a little bit more information for anyone to be able to help...
Such basic information as:
+ what version of iTunes you are using
+ what troubleshooting steps you have tried
+ what happens exactly when you try to sync
+ what exactly you are trying to sync (music, movies, podcasts, contacts etc.)
+ what error messages you get
