I would like my Voice Memos to remain in the default folder that my iPhone saves to and NOT sync to my iTunes. Is there any way to make this happen? In the music tab, the option Include voice memos is unchecked. How can I delete the voice memos that are already synced to my iTunes?

Future syncs will not include voice memos. To delete your current memos from your iTunes library find the memo in iTunes and simply delete it. To delete it from your hard drive reveal the item in finder and drag it to the trash.
