How to swap I phone to new one get all application which I purchased iPhone 4

Currently I have 16g I phone 4 and I was thinking to buy new one with 32g
Problem is my old phone has few applications which directly purchased from Apple stores, Which I want to transfer to new phone & remove from old one. So I can give my old one to my friend.
Can anyone help me on this as when I contact Apple support I didn’t get any answer on this.

You can sync as many devices as you want to the same iTunes account. In fact, when you get your new phone & first plug it in, you will be given the option of restoring it from the backup of your old phone or setting it up as a new device. As long as all of your content is in your iTunes library, just sync whatever you want to your new phone.
On your old phone, before you give/sell it to your friend: Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings. That should take but a minute or two & when finished the phone will look just like it did when first taken out of the box, with all of your data & content erased.
