You arent going to be able to email, and certainly not text, a file of that size. Your best bet is to open a free account with one of the photo sharing sites that also handles video and place it there. Or, if you have MobileMe, you can use it to do this.

Email service providers do not allow their users to send files over a 20-25MB limit.

Import the video with your computer and upload it to a website such as YouTube or Flickr. If you dont have a YouTube or Flickr account, you will need to establish one. You can make a video you upload to YouTube private, or only those you send the link to have access to it. You can upload a video from your iPhone to YouTube and if connected to an available wi-fi network when doing so, it will be uploaded from your iPhone as full resolution.
