I need to know how to delete songs and videos especially on the iphone3G because the phone is getting too full to work properly. It is full to capacity and I want to delete unwanted songs and videos. Can someone please help me?

The same way you got them there in the first place. The sync process.
Only select what you want to sync, then sync.
