How to automatically dial prefix number for all long distance numbers iPhone 4

Is it possible to setup a rule in in my contacts to automatically dial a specific prefix (my long distance provider number) before calling any long distance number?
Its kinda annoying having to first dial my long distance provider and then manually type in the long distance number I want to call.
One way around this is to key in the long distance number manually into all my long distance numbers, but Id rather not do that.
Any suggestions on how to go about this?

Ive never seen a way to set up calling in this manner. I also have never heard of long distance calling from a cell phone.
