How I re-size pictures taken with iP4 for email they are WAY too big iPhone 4

They look great in iPhoto, nice and clear, especially the macro shots. However when I email a picture to a client the pictures literally fill up my entire 15 MBP screen and are so large they are fuzzy.

iPhoto>Select your Pic>Share>Email>Size>Compose Message.
When emailing a photo that was captured by your iPhone, on your iPhone, you are provided a size option for the photo after selecting send for the message.

I emailed the picture using my webmail hosted by iPage (non Apple host). But if I understand you correctly I can re-size the photo in iPhoto for future emails NOT using the iPhone OR if I want to send an email using the iPhone I can select a size option *after*?? selecting send? If after, hasnt the photo been sent already before re-sizing?

After you hit the send button on your phone, you will then be presented with your choice of size options for the photo in question. After you chose what size, thats when the email is actually sent.
