HotSpot-app you might iPhone

Any app you might know that will log or control somehow who is currently connected to the iphone4 (legal) at&t hotspot?
There wont be any apps, as no app would have access to the necessary APIs to do that. Since a password is required to connect to your hotspot, that should be sufficient control.

Not clear, developers cant get into system info while running on same phone? How are they getting into gps, gyroscope, battery, memory and any other system info? I am not asking to get into someone phone or hotspot. I just want to know statistics who and when and how long got connected to my phone/ hotspot. Best would be to cut or ban someone who is trying to connect.
