Game Center Password problem iPhone

For some reason when I did an update I was logged out of my Game Center account. When I try to log in again it wont accept my password. I dont want to create a new account because I will lose all of my saved data. I have tried to retrieve my password, but it wont accept my question prompts either. Is there any way to reset or recover the account or password?
