firmware wont update validation error iPhone 4

ok i was originally running IOS 4.3 beta 1 and i got IOS 4.3 beta 3 because it had some more futures that i wanted but when i went to install it it extracted the software then i got a validation error saying:
The iPhone iPhone could not be updated. This device isnt eligible for the requested build.
ive seen countless iphones and ipads on Youtube running this firmware version fine so i dont know how it isnt working
is there a way to get it to work or is there a link i can use to download this firmware because i really want this firmware.

also when i try to do the same thing in itunes with the PC instead of the mac i get the following error:
the iphone iphone could not be updated. An unknown error occurred (3194)

iOS 4.3 BETA 1-3 were for developers only. You obviously arent one, and your phone doesnt have a provisioning profile installed as a development device. Thats why it wont install. You wont get any help with unauthorized code in this forum.
Why in the world are you using obsolete, pirated betas when the final released version has been released?

im not using a pirate, the beta 2 3 or gold master isnt available on in the developer center any more
beta 3 has more features than beta 1 which is why i want it and beta 3 came out after bets 2 and 1 and probably gold master
beta 1 was availible to the public bets 2, 3 and gold master are for developers only
