Firmware Question iPhone 4

I exchanged my iPhone 4 (iOS 4.1) at the Apple Store today because of hardware issues. The replacement device they gave me came with iOS 4.0.2, which I upgraded to 4.1 when I got home. The modem firmware reads 02.10.04. Is this correct?
