Facetime Waiting for Activation after 4.3 update iPhone 4

Hey there,
Just updated to iOS 4.3 and went to do Facetime only to find its saying Waiting for Activation underneath the on/off toggle. Ive tried turning it on and off, restarting the device, syncing to itunes, sending out a text, and calling (which both work fine).
Im on T-Mobile in the UK. Any ideas?

Scrap that - it must have been on their end. Took about 15-20 minutes then it was activated itself.

I am in the same situation. But my message doesn´t change. It freeze in Waiting for activation. At the same time the iphone sent various sms from spain (my residence) to uk (facetime server) so it cost me money. I check my id and it sent 10 sms!!!!!!!
This not happen to me never in the previous firmware. Is this an error in the 4.3 version??

Two iPhone 4s, one on 4.3 one on 4.2.1 both now with the same problem :-/

Same here, wont activate. Tried restarts and a restore nothing.
This has been an issue before in Canada but first time ive experianced it here in the UK, seems most my twitter feed has the issue as well.

Same problem here in Italy with iphone 4G just updated to 4.3
Carrier Vodafone IT
Its now half an hour but no facetime activation yet.
I cant see any sms going out for activation request.
The funny (??) thing is that this thread has the SOLVED flag ....
Apple, solved what ????????
