Facetime doesnt show up on the iPhone 4.
How can this be activated? The carrier says Apple shipped the units without facetime. Please confirm

The following countries in the Middle East have requested that FaceTime be removed from iPhones sold or made available in their countries:
Jordan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, & United Arab Emirates.
This is done by the phones IMEI number. Consequently, FaceTime will never appear as an option on your phone, if obtained in one of the listed countries or until your government changes its mind.
