Facetime Broke After porting Verizon number iPhone 4

Facetime was working great when I received my 2 phones.
Now, after going to AT&T store and porting numbers over from verizon, every attempt to facetime fails with the following message name is not available for facetime.
Facetime is enabled on both phones and Im on wifi.
Both making direct facetime calls and activating facetime while in a call fails.
Its almost like the facetime thinks the phone isnt iPhone4 and rejects it. Any clue?

Just a small guess, try hooking it up to itunes, maybe help the phone identify itself better or make a couple of normal phones calls. New to me sorry not exactly helpful info.

Already re-sync both phones after returning from store. Tried restarting phones also, no help.

I wonder when it says name, does that mean your cell # or does the new phone have an area to put a actual name. kind of like a messaging service
Anyone else that actually has the phone that can help here lol

Sorry name is name its the name of the contact i was trying to facetime with, specifically the name of my wife
It says Brenda is not available for facetime
Brenda being the person im calling.
