Exchange e-mail syncronicity iPhone

Hi,
I am using exchange for my hotmail accounts on my iPhone 4. I wondered if there was any way of displaying the same e-mails on my online hotmail and on my iphone, ill explain.....
When using my iphone, if i move an email from my inbox to another folder, it will also move it in my online account. However when using my online account, if i move an email from my inbox to another folder, it wont move it on my iphone.
Is there some way of refreshing the email on my iphone to mirror what is on my online account?
