What do I do? Im not downgrading, Im clicking restore. Its my friends phone and she bought it second hand, and yes it is unlocked. Help?

yes it is unlocked
How was it unlocked? Youll also get that error message on hacked phone because of mismatch between baseband & firmware.

I have NO idea how it was unlocked. Can we assume it was unofficially unlocked?
