Deleting Google Voice iPhone

Anyone know how to delete the app google voice? I deleted it off the computer and off my iphone, but my voicemails still go into a text message and my mailbox is still in google.

I believe you still have Google Voice until you cancel the account at Google. I think you can go to https://www.google.com/voice and log into your account and cancel your account via Google then there wont be any valid phone account to respond to, so you should not get anymore messages.

Go to https://www.google.com/voice as it is the service that app worked with.

GV website>Settings>Phones>Deactivate Google Voicemail on this phone.
