I just got an iPhone, so have lots of questions. Namely, when I delete emails on my phone, they are not deleted from my computer (MacBook). I dont know if this is a synching thing or what. So, I have to delete them twice, which seems silly.
I read something about an IMAP account, but not sure what that is or how to do it. Currently, I have a POP account through Verizon.
Help! anyone??

Thats your problem. Youll need to set up mail as imap if you want what you do on one device to be synchronized across everything with your mail account.
