Cracking sound over voice calls iPhone 4

I am on my second iphone4 and i am having the same issue as my first one which i had replaced.
Any voice call that i get me and the other person start hearing this loud cracking sound and it impossible to listen to each other. It happens if im on speaker, Regular or the apple provided headphones.
The first time i had this issue was on my first iphone 4 and it worked fine for a few months then it started happening. This current one worked fine for a few months and now all of a sudden it started happening again.
Anyone experienced this same issue. I just dont want to chenge phone again and the same thing happen

to be honest these are the solutions that may or may not work..
first thing I would try is rebooting the phone by holding the sleep/wake button and home button for 15 seconds until you see the white apple logo
if that doesnt work I would restore from backup and if that doesnt work I would restore as new if all else fails take it to your closest apple store they may replace the phone for a working one..
