copy stuff from itunes and iphoto to iphone 3g

Hi, I want to copy a game for I bought for the iphone on my g5 via itunes to my iphone, but when the iphone becomes available in itunes I only have the Music, Movies, TV shows and Ringtones folders available under my iphones name.
How do I copy apps/games from g5 to iphone? I bought the game, its wasnt free. This is the first question.
The second one is regarding pictures and Iphoto.
When the iphone appears in iphoto, I only see its name on the left panel and nothing below it, nor can I open the phone via the little triangle because its not there!
I can only sync/copy pictures Ive taken with the iphone to iphoto on my g5, but I cant do it the other way round. I want to copy pics from iphoto to my iphone.
I dont have bluetoth on my g5.
I appreciate anyones help!

1) You highlight your iphone in itunes, then look in the main window for the Applications tab ( across the top). There will be a summary, info, music, video, photos, applications ringtones tab in the main window.
2) Pics taken with the iphone are imported via iphoto. To sync photos from iphoto to iphone, go to the photos tab in itunes and select the folder/albums that you want to sync.
