So this is an on going problem with my iphone.. i plug it in and it says the device isnt supported for charging. Anyway no matter what i try it always says it so i cant charge it (iv gotten lucky in the past but its no longer working at all)..
so iv filed a repair order thingo and im gonna send it for repairs, the only problem is my phone has a crack in the glass and im just wondering if this will effect me getting a repair under the warranty? i under stand its damaged but this could in no way effect it charging so i dont see why this should effect it.

And how months old is this device? If it is still under warranty, you can go to the Apple store and request for repairs. Im not sure if a cracked glass will be covered... You might wanna ask them, then again, they will think this is User Abuse.
