Cant use Flash when taking pictures because iphone Hot

whenever im in Camera.app and i take around 3-4 pictures the flash becomes disabled even if it was not in use and says iphone must cool down before using flash . does anyone have any idea what this is ? . this happened on my replacement iphone 4 and the brand new one i just received .
