cant see album art in my iphone4 ipod player

hello...
i m using 4.2 ios in my iphone 4
i have added song in my iphone using itunes 10 version
but when i play song in ipod player it does not show album art and the same song when i play in my laptop in window media player it shows album art then what is the peoblem ...
pleas help me out guys....

Do you also have art when played in iTunes on your laptop?

yes it shows album art in my itunes player in my laptop when i play song.
but that same song when i sync in my iphone, in my ipod player it doesnt show ablum art.
cant able to understand what is the problem...
