Cant email photos videos or voice memos iPhone

From the Photos app, when I try to Email Photo or Email Video or from the Voice Memos app, when I try to Share, Email - nothing happens.
With the Photos app, I press the little share button in the left hand corner, then Email Video, the video compresses, I fill out the To: field, the Subject: filed and I can see the IMG_xxx.MOV file in the body, and then I hit Send and it goes back to the video
With Voice Memo, when I hit Share and then Email, New Message opens up, I fill in the To: field and the Subject: field and I can see the Memo.m4a file in the body of the email and then I hit Send... but it just goes back to the Voice Memos page and nothing else happens.
I send it both to my Gmail account and my wifes hotmail account, and my work account, but nothing is received.
All the test files are very small.
Tried on both the Telus 3G network and open WiFi
This used to work but has stopped and Im not sure why.
