Cant Clear Safari Cache iPhone 4

Ive tried all I can think of and couldnt find a similar issue to resolve my problem. Im creating a mobile site and have been testing it on my phone. Today when trying to refresh changes I noticed my its pulling old data. I tried clearing my cache in settings, then cleared everything else. I then restarted the browser and the phone and nothing has worked. Ive tried looking at the site through my computer and on other peoples phones and all looks right with them. For some reason my cache wont clear. Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution?
