Cannot play videos on Safari iPhone

Whenever I try to play a video on a website on safari, itll take me to the video player on the iphone. When the video loads, itll start playing, but it will be the audio only! The QuickTime Q shows in the middle and no video output is displayed. Please help! Its not the website because Ive watched from there before on my phone. I even tried another website and it still did the same thing.

Videos on iPhone will only play on YouTube. This is because you need the adobe flashplayer. But at the same time, apple will not allow this to be downloaded on the iPhone. Pathetic I know, but that is the most reasonable & possible reason for this. It is also the reason you cannot play online games!
