Can someone reccomend an iPhonePC Password program

I use Sourceforge Password Safe on my PC, but need to carry customer passwords on my iPhone. Needs to be secure, and also be able to view/enter passwords on PC and sync with phone.
I have my iPhone set to erase after 10 attempts, and just want to make sure its something note easily hacked.
There are so many in the App store, would love to hear from end users.
