Id love to be able to just drag and drop as though my iPhone was an external drive. I tried using apps like Airshare but you have to upload 1 pic at a time.

The iPhone does not support disk mode. The easiest & quickest way to get pics on your phone is through the iPhone sync process. There are some apps in the app store that permit full resolution photos to be installed on your phone through the app itself, like this:
