Backup corruption cause phone application to crash iPhone 4

Ok,
So I have exchanged my iPhone 4 three times now because it keeps crashing and restarting all by its self. There is no reason as to why it crashes, I cold just be sitting there and it just shuts off and restarts its self. so I took it into apple and they gave me a new one, this has happened twice. Then just recently, my iPhone 4 crashed three times in three days (Crashing meaning it restarted its self) and then it would allow me to use my phone application to make outgoing calls, this is the main phone for the iPhone, not a third party application. So I took it in and they didnt know what was wrong so they gave me a new one, again. So, I have figured out that I can no longer use my most recent backup to get my phone back the way it was without having the phone app crash repeatedly. So, does anyone know how I would get all my information back on my phone without using the corrupted backup?
