Audio over wifi iPhone

I have one dell latitude and it doesnt have bluetooth and i wanna use the same function to use my computer speaker that bluetooth has but over the wifi...
I want the computer to connect to the i phone and hear what the iphone is playing over the computer speakers... Is there any app??
I want that because my speakers are not magnetic shielded so when they are plugged and i get a text or something i hear the static
