Apple repair service iPhone 4

You should take it to an apple store

If you cant get to an Apple store, Apple will send an empty box to your house so you can ship your product to their repair center.

In my experience they do not repair they give you a replacement warranty replacement iP4 ( ie NOT a new boxed retail item.)
However at early life the warranty replacements are more than likely still new items.
All problem iphones are refurbished at an Apple manufacturing facility
As advised make a Genius bar appointment at an Apple retail store for best service .Usually
replaced on spot
recognising issue with being on IoM do you have an Apple store there
