If anyone with none credit card wont be able to login to download free apps from apps store now. Why the change ? Without any info at all ? Why Why Why ???

I do have an account w/o credit card. Ive downloaded tons of apps but now I wont be able to login using none creadit card account any more. It keeps prompt for password then billing info then billing info and then back to apps store without downloading at all.

Sounds like there is something wrong with your account then. Can you login from a computer?

Ive tried using iPad then iPhone4 then MacBook Pro but they are the same.

Then I would just email the iTunes customer support via the link I gave. If there is something amiss with your account, they are the ones who can fix it.
