Apple aps eg mail messages pics etc iPhone 4

Hi
I have updated to the latest vision of software 4.3 for my iphone 4,since then i am having problem this only applies apples own aps,not others as i click on say ipod and it will just close,click on message if i try to include a pic it just closes,same if i try sending a pic from photos,even app store if trying to update etc etc they all open ok then keep closing. I even did a full restore thinking that would fix it made no difference ..any idea it pain in ***..
