App to generate hard-copy letters in mailpost iPhone

Hi. Is there an iPhone app which allows you to enter text which is then converted into a hard copy letter, signed and physically posted to a recipient at a mailing address, charging the user for postage. PDQit is a PC app which does exactly this, but is there an iPhone app?

You could possibly use a combo of screenshots and photo-editing to replace the photo part of the postcard with text....
