All apps quit immediately now cant reauthorize itunes iPhone 3G

Reply Topic I followed another thread and deauthorized all 5 computers in itunes 10.2.1.1 Now there is no command to reauthorize any computer. I can play music on the computer, but my iphone 3gs running 4.3.1 wants to be set up as a new phone when I connect it. Since I have 60+ apps that is not a good choice. Any ideas on either problem please?
