AirPlay Wait you cant AirPlay iOS Safari iPhone 4

You can Airplay videos playing in Safari.

Seems buggy though - I updated both my iPhone 4 and ATV 2 last night and rebooted both... I can airplay video just fine from the PBS app, but in Safari it only sends audio.
If I start airplaying video from the PBS app then switch to Safari I can get the video to stream but not if I start out from Safari... must be some kind of bug...? Happens with all web content Ive tried so far.
Anyone have similar issues or a solution?

I read elsewhere on this forum that the website serving the video has to be coded to support Airplay.
It works fine on videos on Vimeo.com for instance.

I can AirPlay Vimeo video and audio to my Apple TV2 from my iPad only. From iPhone 3GS only audio is AirPlay-ed to ATV2. I have all devices updated. I have restarted iPhone and ATV many times in order to make sure everything is in order. So, there is no video AirPlayed from my iPhones Safari, but audio only. On the other hand, AirPlay works fine on my iPhone with YouTube app videos and my own recorded videos too.
Does anyone experience same situation, or is it me only?
